Rates
Panel page: Rates (Ctrl K → rates)
A rate sheet has one row per destination prefix:
| Column | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Prefix | The first digits of the dialled number, for example 23480 |
| Description | The destination’s name, for example Nigeria mobile. It is also the line name on invoices. |
| Sale | What the customer pays per minute |
| Cost | What the call costs you per minute |
| Margin | Calculated for you: sale minus cost |
When a call is priced, the longest prefix that matches the dialled number wins. With rows for 234 and 23480, a call to 2348012… uses the 23480 row.
