Calls (CDR)
Panel page: Calls (Ctrl K → calls, or paste a phone number)
Every call is one row: answered, failed, or refused by the switch.
Find calls
Section titled “Find calls”- Paste a number into Ctrl K to open the calls to or from it.
- CLD filters on the dialled number. It matches the start of the number: type
234for all of Nigeria. - Talk ≥ / ≤ finds short or long calls, for example every answered call under 10 seconds.
- More filters has the rest: customer, terminator, result.
- The time range you choose is kept when you come back.
Open a call
Section titled “Open a call”Click a row. The call opens with four tabs:

| Call | Who sent it, the numbers, the result, talk time, the price and the cost |
| Routing | Which routing group and sub-group were used, every terminator that was tried, and why each was skipped or failed |
| SIP | The SIP messages, with the answer code from the port or carrier |
| Recording | Play the call, if recording was on and the recording was kept |
Refused calls
Section titled “Refused calls”A call the switch refused (unknown customer, no route, a number list, a limit) is in the list too, marked as refused, with the reason.
