Number lists

A number list blocks or allows calls by their numbers, before they are routed.

Choice	Options
Type	Blacklist: matching calls are refused. Whitelist: only matching calls are allowed.
Checks	CLI (the caller’s number), CLD (the dialled number), or both together: a row matches only when both numbers match
Match	Exact, prefix (starts with), suffix (ends with) or a regular expression
Attached to	One or more customers, or one or more ports

If a number is on a whitelist and a blacklist that apply to the same call, the whitelist wins.

Lists are versioned. Upload the new numbers, check them, then Publish. Until you publish, calls use the previous version, so a half-finished upload never blocks traffic.
